On the other hand, we will not hesitate to promptly protect your interests by the swift issue of Court proceedings should negotiation not be possible or practicable.
Costs
We offer an initial fixed fee appointment where we can analyse your case and give you advice as to how best to proceed. You may be eligible for Legal Aid to cover payment of your legal costs. If not eligible for Legal Aid, we are confident that our charges will be extremely competitive.
