Our costs for dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney are as follows:-

One LPA - £350 plus VAT
Two LPAs - £550 plus VAT
Four LPAs - £900 plus VAT

If you have an existing Enduring Power of Attorney which now needs to be registered with the Office of the Public Guardian, we can assist with the registration process. Our fees for EPA registration start from £500 plus VAT, depending on the complexity of the matter.

There is also a registration fee payable to the Office of the Public Guardian of £92 per document. If you are in receipt of certain benefits you may be exempt from this fee.

The costs to apply for a Deputyship Order through the Court of Protection is £1,204 plus VAT, total £1,444.80. There is also a Court fee payable of £408 together with a Doctor's fee for the assessment.
